The African American Leadership Institute has been making waves in Central Texas with their inaugural class launching this year! Most recently, SaulPaul was invited to perform and speak, along with other leaders in Austin. As a musician, entrepreneur and resident of Austin, he spoke about being the change in all that we do and our areas of leadership and influence. This inaugural class included 38 fellows who are proven leaders in their respective organizations. Among them are tech workers, school administrators, non-profit executives and come from several different fields.
About the African American Leadership Insitute (AALI)
The African American Leadership Institute (AALI) is designed to enhance civic awareness and leadership opportunities to make an innovative community impact on Central Texas. It will also engages corporations to explore policy, process, and cultural aspects that can improve their ability to attract, equip, retain, and promote more Black professionals. The AALI Austin chapter is modeled after Leadership Austin with a goal of expansion to other cities in the future.
