Showcasing his GRAMMY nomination, SaulPaul recently sat down with Taylor Ellison from CBS Austin o talk about this honor on a special episode of We Are Austin’s Music Monday morning tv show. Featured on “All One Tribe,” as part of the 1 Tribe Collective, Saulpaul performed his anthemic song, “Motivation.” As for the song itself, SaulPaul shared that it was a remix created during SXSW and later remixed it to have a global audience. Bongi and Collin, two South African vocalists, singing in Zulu are singing on the track, along with SaulPaul rapping in English. As to where he was when they announced the nominees? You will have to watch the video. But, we can share that he was not at home but on the go! Of course, like many looking forward to this event, he’s working on what he’ll be wearing to the red carpet.
